Merry Christmas everyone! I hope all of you had an amazing Christmas with your family and friends, and that everyone got spoilt with gifts and love (I know I did!). The fun didn’t stop for me on Christmas day, as Boxing Day was filled with friends, sunshine and summer races! The Newcastle Boxing Day races are always a huge event and a great reason to pull out your favourite dress.

This year I wore this beautiful little white lace dress from Sabo Skirt. I’ve talked about this Australian brand before … I think they have the prettiest clothes for all year round, and are really feminine and perfect for formal occasions. I wore a silver-diamond headpiece as well, just too really pull the look together and add something a little extra. I think white and lace together is the perfect match, especially for spring and summer!

I hope everyone has an incredible New Years Eve next week, and an amazing start to 2015. Also, thankyou so much to everyone who has supported and followed my blog this year, I never thought it would kick off as much as it did and that I would love it so much. I appreciate every single comment I receive, and really enjoy connecting with all of you! I can’t wait to continue blogging next year, and to show you all some of the amazing adventures I have planned! x

You can buy the ‘Miracle Shift Dress’ here … P.S It’s on sale right now YAY!

What’s in my Bag?

Hey guys! Today I thought I would let you all take a look at what’s inside my handbag … Because let’s be honest, who doesn’t like to have a sneaky insight into other peoples lives?! I’ve always thought you can tell a lot about a person by their handbag, and what it holds. In saying that, I’ve also always been a lover of beautiful handbags and really believe they complete an outfit. Some girls dream of shoes … I dream of handbags. So take a look inside a snippet of my life, and let me know what essentials you carry with you every day!

I absolutely love my handbag, and have had it for this whole year! Black and gold is definitely my ultimate colour combination, and I love the structure and shape of this bag. It’s the perfect size to carry everything I need, without being too big. I actually bought this bag in Rome almost 12 months ago, and it has been by my side ever since. I should probably mention (although it breaks my heart to say) that it’s not real Prada. Although, I do have so many people compliment me on this bag and ask if it’s real! Unfortunately, my bank account doesn’t dream of designer handbags, but if it did it would definitely have it’s sights set on this Saint Laurent Sac De Jour Bag. I honestly have no words … One day I will own this bag! (Here’s hoping, anyway).

Basically everywhere I go, my little bag of makeup follows. I’m not one of those girls that carries her whole makeup collection with her, and won’t be seen lugging around mascara, foundation or eyeliner or anything like that. But I do think it’s important to carry around some essentials, just in case you need a bit of freshening up! I currently have an Australis pressed powder and compact brush in my little bag, as well as my favourite Calvin Klein nude lipstick and a nude gloss. There’s also a lip balm and mini Revlon perfume in there too, as well as some tissues and hair ties.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to wallets, as I need something that is practical and big enough, but also looks cute! I actually only bought this wallet the other day, and it is from the brand Ruby and Kit. I love cream and black together, and really liked the design and different textures that it had. It also has HEAPS of different compartments, which is a big plus for me.

Whenever summer rolls around, I tend to go a little bit sunnies crazy! Lately I’ve been into more daring styles and shapes, and have also loved reflective lenses. These sunglasses are from Australian designer Quay Eyewear, and they are the comfiest pair of sunnies I have ever owned! Check out their website, they have SOO many amazing pairs! P.S These ones are called ‘Kitti’ in black.

And last but not least, I had a few random things just floating around in there! I always carry my glasses with me, as I need them to help me see far distances. I also always have hand sanitiser, pens and earphones with me because they always seem to come in handy!

I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas, and I’ll be sure to post back next week after the holidays x
